 es the “FreeDict HackFest”, a social-technical community event for users an
 d developers. In case you don’t know FreeDict yet, we’re a group of passion
 ate linguists and computer scientists, as well as language freaks in genera
 l and we are using, extending, improving or generating dictionaries.\n\nIn 
 2017, we had talks and workshops, we brought our dictionaries to Android mo
 bile phones and started to work on our new web site. We want to build on th
 is success and therefore count on you. This is the ideal chance for you to 
 get in touch with our technology for the first time, extend your existing k
 nowledge or to demonstrate your excellent coding skills.\n\nThis is a two-d
 ay event, giving you enough time to socialize with people, explore Dresden 
 (which is a wonderful, historic city) and to go for a stroll through Dresde
 n’s nightlife district (Neustadt). A key signing party is possible, too.
